Cooked rice mix (water, rice, parsley), sauce (water, onions, thickener (1422), flavours (salt, sugar, yeast extract, wheat starch, spice, herb), canola oil, honey, soy sauce (wheat), garlic, pepper), chicken (12%) (chicken, potato starch, milk solids, salt, soy protein, dextrose, water), carrots, cabbage, celery, beans, cashews (2.8%).
Contains gluten containing cereals, milk, tree nuts and soy.
Made in a facility that also processes products with crustacea, egg, fish, sesame, peanuts and sulphites.

Cooking Directions

1. Remove frozen meal from carton.  Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 6 minutes.
3. Remove from oven.  Carefully peel off film lid and stir chicken/sauce.
4. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

CAUTION:   MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT.  BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.
