1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Split trays. Place small tray into microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 2 minutes.
3. Place large tray into microwave with small tray and cook on HIGH for a further 4½ – 5 minutes.
4. Remove trays from mircowave and stand for two minutes.
5. Stir chicken/sauce before serving.
NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly.
