1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes. Carefully peel back film lid and stir meal. Place film lid back over meal and return to oven. Continue to cook on HIGH for a further 2½ – 3 minutes.
3. Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid and stir meal.
4. Stand for two minutes.
