Cooked brown rice (37%) (brown rice, water), cooked red quinoa (4%) (water, red quinoa), Capsicum, Corn Kernels, flavours (herbs, spices, tomato powder, vegetable powders), canola oil)
Mexican sauce (38%) (water, tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice), onions, Capsicum, kidney beans (2%), flavours (sugar, yeast extract, herb, spices, natural flavour, vegetable powder, smoke flavour, sunflower oil), tomato paste, thickener (1422), garlic, chilli (soy)), beef (12%) (beef, water, salt)

1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes. Carefully peel off film lid and stir beef/auce. Place film lid back over meal and return to oven. Continue to book on HIGH for a further 2-½- 3 minutes.
3. Remove from oven. Carefuly peel off film lid and stir beef/sauce.
4. Stand for two minutes.
NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.
CAUTION: Meal will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.
