Cooking Directions

1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes. Carefully peel off film lid and stir meal. Place film lid back over meal and return to oven. Continue to book on HIGH for a further 2-2-½ minutes.

3. Remove from oven. Carefuly peel off film lid and stir meal.
4. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

CAUTION: Meal will be very hot.  Be careful to avoid steam burns.
