For best results, microwave cooking is recommended.
- Place one cup of frozen CARROT, CAULIFLOWER, BROCCOLI & SUGAR SNAP PEAS into a microwave safe dish.
- Cover and microwave on HIGH for 2 - 2½ minutes stirring once half way through cooking.
