For best results, microwave cooking is recommended.

Microwave

  1. Place one cup of frozen WINTER VEGETABLES into a microwave safe container.
  2. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 - 3½ minutes, stirring once half way through cooking.
  3. Season to taste (with pepper).

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

CAUTION: Vegetables will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.

Stove Top

  1. Place one cup of frozen WINTER VEGETABLES into a saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Return to boil and continue to cook for 4 - 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain, season to taste (with pepper).
