|1.||Preheat your oven at 210C.|
|2.||Place the slices of lemons and sprigs of thyme in the base of a roasting dish.|
|3.||Place the chicken Marylands over the top and then place additional lemon slices on top of the chicken. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.|
|4.||Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
After 20 minutes, place the chips in the oven.|
|5.||Whilst everything is baking, make your simple coleslaw by mixing together the cabbage, onion, dill and mayonnaise. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.|
