Ingredients

Product used:
Beer Batter Wedges 750g
  • 12 skewers (if using bamboo, presoak 20 minutes in water to avoid burning)
  • 1.2kg chicken thigh fillet, trimmed & cut into cubes
  • 2 tsp Moroccan seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

Method

1. Prepare marinade by combining seasoning, honey & garlic.
2.Thread chicken onto skewers. Arrange in a ceramic dish.
3.Pour over marinade. Turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4.Preheat Oven to 210 degrees celsius. Place wedges in the oven & bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
5.Preheat a barbecue plate on high heat until hot. Cook skewers, basting with marinade, for 3 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
6.Serve with a handful of Beer Batter Wedges.
