Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 210°C fan forced for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread McCain John Boston Craft Beer Wedges in a single layer, on the middle shelf.
  3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, turn and cook for a further 10 – 12 minutes until crisp and golden.

NOTE: Cooking times may vary from oven to oven. Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven and preferences.

Baking instruction

For best results cook from frozen. Do not overcook and watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation.


Store at or below minus 18°C. Do not thaw before cooking. Product must be cooked before consumption.
