Oven
1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in three places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
2. Cook on HIGH for 10- 10 1/2 minutes.
3. Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid.
4. Stand for two minutes
NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.
CAUTION: MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.
