- Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes. Carefully peel back film lid and stir vegetables/chicken. Place film lid
- Back over meal and return to oven. Continue to cook on HIGH for a further 1½ – 2 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid and stir vegetables/chicken.
- Stand for two minutes.
NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.
