1. Remove frozen meal from carton.  Pierce film in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven. 2. Cook on HIGH for 6½ – 7 minutes. 3. Remove from oven. Stand for two minutes.  4. Carefully peel off film lid.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly. CAUTION: MEAL WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.


Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly. For best results heat from frozen.
