Beer Batter Steak Cut Chips 750g
  • 1 x 750g bag McCain Beer Batter Steak Cut chips
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbs red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped oregano
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Chilli flakes & cracked black pepper to taste

Method

1.Heat oven to 230oC (210oC fan forced).
2.Place fries evenly as a single layer on a tray, and bake according to pack instructions.
3.While baking, combine red onion, garlic, vinegar, and salt in a medium bowl. Let sit 10 minutes. Stir in coriander, parsley, and oregano. Using a fork, whisk in oil. Season to taste with chili and pepper.
4.Serve chips with side of Salsa Verde.
