500g McCain Beer Batter Steak Cut Chips
  • Olive oil
  • 200g halloumi, cut into 1cm cubes
  • 1 cup beef gravy
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh chives

Method

1.1. Cook the McCain Beer Batter Steak Cut Chips as per pack instruction until golden and crispy, then transfer to a large bowl.
2.2. While the chips are cooking, bring a frying pan to a medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the cubed halloumi to the pan, and fry for 2-3 minutes or until the cubes are lightly golden.
3.3. Sprinkle the halloumi pieces over the cooked chips, then pour the hot gravy directly over the halloumi and chips. Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
