500g McCain Beer Batter Steak Cut Chips
  • 4 rashers streaky bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup grated colby cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced

Method

1.1. Cook the McCain Beer Batter Steak Cut Chips as per pack instruction until golden and crispy, then transfer to a large ovenproof bowl or dish.
2.2. Cut the cooked bacon into pieces, then sprinkle over the cooked chips, followed by the colby and parmesan cheese. Return to the oven and grill for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
3.3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream and ranch dressing. Spoon or drizzle over the chips, then sprinkle with sliced spring onion and serve.
