We are committed to the long-term development, education and support of both farmers and families in our local areas. Our Thriving Communities sustainability pillar highlights our commitment to the local communities where our plants operate. We support these communities through food donations, Community Development Programs and our Chips In Volunteer Program.

In FY22, McCain ANZ had over 100,000 tonne of food waste. Whilst majority of this was utilised for stock feed, we recognise that we can do more to reduce food waste. As founding signatories of the Australian Food Pact, we have committed to halving food waste in Australia by 2030 through a targeted and measured approach.
