Storage
Store at or below minus 18°C. Do not thaw before cooking.
OVEN
1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 200°C fan forced for 10 minutes.
2. Spread McCain Cauliflower Fries in a single layer on the preheated oven tray
and place in the top half of the oven.
3. Bake in oven for 8 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 7 - 9
minutes until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden. Regular turning is
unnecessary.
AIR FRYER
1. Add Cauliflower Fries to the air fryer basket.
2. Cook Cauliflower Fries at 200 °C for 11 minutes (jostling the basket half way
through) or until golden and fully cooked.
