Sweet Soy & Chilli Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 2 x 74g packs Oriental or Chicken 2 minute noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ x 1kg pack McCain Stir-fry Supreme Mix
- 200g frozen chicken breast meat, thawed and sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
How to make it

Place dry noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to rehydrate for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large wok, heat oil and fry McCain Stir-fry Supreme Mix for 3 minutes.

Add noodles and noodle seasoning sachets.

Toss and add chicken then stir through soy and chili sauces.

Serve with fresh sliced chili and coriander if desired
