Sweet Soy & Chilli Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 x 74g packs Oriental or Chicken 2 minute noodles
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ x 1kg pack McCain Stir-fry Supreme Mix
  • 200g frozen chicken breast meat, thawed and sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

How to make it

  1. Place dry noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to rehydrate for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large wok, heat oil and fry McCain Stir-fry Supreme Mix for 3 minutes.

  3. Add noodles and noodle seasoning sachets.

  4. Toss and add chicken then stir through soy and chili sauces.

  5. Serve with fresh sliced chili and coriander if desired
