Christmas Corn Salad with Green Chili

Ingredients
- 1 x 500g packet McCain Corn Kernels, allow to defrost
- 1 green capsicum, diced
- 1 green chili, diced or sliced (optional)
- ½ cup relish (we used green chili)
- ½ cup chopped coriander
How to make it

Combine the corn kernels with the other ingredients and mix well.
Tipp: This is a great salad to make for taking to friends, just use frozen corn straight from the pack and let it defrost on the way! When you arrive the salad will still be cold and refreshing.
