Potato (91%), Canola Oil, Beer Batter (3%) (Wheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Salt, Vegetable Powders, Raising Agents (450, 500), Wheat Gluten, Beer Extract (Barley), Natural Flavour, Spice, Yeast Extract, Beer (Barley)).

Storage

Store at or below minus 18°C. Do not thaw before cooking. Product must be cooked before consumption.

Cooking Instructions

The following cooking instructions are for a full tray of McCain Beer Batter Wedges. For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. Do not overcook and watch carefully in the final minutes of preparation.

Oven

  1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 210°C fan forced for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread McCain Beer Batter Wedges in a single layer on the preheated oven tray and place in the top half of the oven.
  3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 10 - 12 minutes until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden. Regular turning is unnecessary.
