- Place 250 g of frozen McCain Mash Potato into a microwave safe container.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes, stirring once half way through cooking.
- Remove from microwave, stir well, season to taste and serve.
NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly.
