Storage
Keep frozen at or below minus 18°C. Do not thaw before cooking. Product must be cooked before consumption.
Cooking Instructions
For best results, microwave cooking is recommended.
Microwave
- Place one cup of frozen McCain Stir-Fry Supreme Vegetables into a microwave safe dish.
- Cover and microwave on HIGH for 2 – 2 ½ minutes.
NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly.
Stir Fry
- Place one teaspoon of vegetable oil in a wok/frying pan and heat.
- Add one cup of frozen McCain Stir-Fry Supreme Vegetables and stirfry for 2 – 3 minutes
- Season to taste.
CAUTION: Vegetables will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.
