Smashed Peas with Ricotta and Leg Ham

Ingredients
- 1 small loaf sour dough, sliced
- ½ x 500g packet McCain Peas
- 200g smooth ricotta
- Sliced leg ham pieces, panfried to warm through
- Balsamic vinegar to serve
Optional: Greek yogurt and pistachios
How to make it

Toast sour dough and place on a large platter.

Cook peas according to pack instructions and mash gently against the side of the pan to create a half crushed texture.

Fold through the ricotta and spoon onto toasts.

Top with leg ham pieces and drizzle with balsamic to serve.
Tipp: Serve with Greek yogurt and pistachios.
