Ingredients

Cooked Rice (Water, Rice), Vegetables (Carrots, Capsicum, Beans, Broccoli), Water, Chicken (14%) (Chicken, Potato Starch, Milk Solids, Salt, Soy Protein, Dextrose, Water), Honey (4%), Onions, Thickener (1422), Canola Oil, Sesame Seeds, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Sugar, Natural Flavours, Milk Solids, Wheat Starch, Yeast Extracts, Spices, Spice Extracts, Herbs, Soy Sauce (Soy, Wheat).

Storage

Keep frozen at or below minus 18°C. If contents become thawed, use as soon as possible. Do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions

Oven temperatures can vary. You may need to adjust heating times accordingly. For best results heat from frozen.

Microwave

  1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes. Carefully peel back film lid and stir chicken/sauce. Place film lid back over meal and return to oven. Continue to cook on HIGH for a further 1½ - 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid and stir chicken/sauce.
  4. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on an 850W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

Oven

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place on a cold oven tray, on middle shelf of oven.
  3. Cook for 35 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven (on oven tray). Carefully peel off film lid and stir chicken/sauce.
  5. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Plastic tray should not be placed directly on hot oven shelf. Meal is not to be heated in a toaster oven.

CAUTION: Meal will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.
