Pumpkin Mushroom Risotto 280g

Ingredients

Cooked Brown Rice (36%) (Brown Rice, Water), Vegetables (Mushrooms (11%), Beans, Pumpkin (7%), Spinach), Water, Lentils, Cream, Parmesan Cheese, Thickener (1422), Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Wheat Starch, Spices, Herb, Canola Oil.

Storage

Keep frozen at or below minus 18°C. If contents become thawed, use as soon as possible. Do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions

Oven

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C fan forced.
  2. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place on a cold oven
    tray, on middle shelf of oven.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven (on oven tray). Carefully peel off film lid and stir meal.
  5. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Plastic tray should not be placed directly on hot oven shelf.
Meal is not to be heated in a toaster oven.

CAUTION: Meal will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns. 

 

Microwave

  1. Remove frozen meal from carton. Pierce film lid in two places with a fork. Place in microwave oven.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Carefully peel back film lid and stir meal. Place film lid back over meal and return to oven. Continue to cook on HIGH for a further 1 - 1½ minutes.
  3. Remove from oven. Carefully peel off film lid and stir meal.
  4. Stand for two minutes.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

CAUTION: Meal will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.
