Pub Style Crispy Wedges 750g

Ingredients

Potato (91%), Batter (Wheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Salt, Maize Flour, Paprika, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Dextrose), Canola Oil.

Storage

Store at or below minus 18°C. Do not thaw before cooking. Product must be cooked before consumption.

Cooking Instructions

For smaller quantities reduce the cooking time accordingly. For best results cook from frozen. Do not overcook and watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation.

Oven

1. Preheat oven and oven tray to 210°C fan forced for 10 minutes.
2. Spread McCain wedges in a single layer on the preheated oven tray and place in the top half of the oven.
3. Bake in oven for 10 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 5 - 10 minutes until they’re lovely, crisp and light golden. Regular turning is unnecessary.

NOTE: Cooking times may vary from oven to oven. Adjust the cooking time to suit you oven and preferences.

Air Fry

1. Add wedges to the air fryer basket.
2. Cook wedges at 200°C for 11 - 13 minutes (jostling the basket half way through) or until golden
and fully cooked.
