Beans, carrots, Broccoli & Cauliflower.

Storage

Keep frozen at or below minus 18°C. Do not thaw before cooking. Product must be cooked before consumption.

Cooking Instructions

For best results, microwave cooking is recommended.

Microwave

  1. Place one cup of frozen McCain Winter Vegetables into a microwave safe container.
  2. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 – 3½ minutes, stirring once half way through cooking.
  3. Remove from microwave, season to taste.

NOTE: Microwave instructions are based on a 1000W oven. Please adjust accordingly.

Stove Top

  1. Place one cup of frozen McCain Winter Vegetables into a saucepan of boiling water.
  2. Return to boil and continue to cook for 4 – 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain, season to taste.

CAUTION: Vegetables will be very hot. Be careful to avoid steam burns.
