Ingredients

  • 500g beef mince
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ x 500g packet McCain Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 cup tomato passata
  • 1 x 400g Turkish loaf, sliced into 12 slices and toasted
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • Sliced red onion, fresh mint and parsley to serve

Optional: Greek yogurt and pistachios

How to make it

  1. Fry the beef, cumin and paprika in a large pan until browned

  2. Add McCain Mixed Vegetables and passata and cook for a further 5 minutes.

  3. Arrange the Turkish toasts, other vegetables and herbs on a large platter.

  4. Top with yogurt and chopped pistachios.
