Air Fried Mustard Salmon With Broccolini

            Ingredients
- 1 X 750g packet McCain Air Fryer Skin On Chips
 - 4 x 150g salmon fillets, skin off
 - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 2 tsp garlic powder
 - Olive oil spray
 - 2 x 190g bunch of broccolini
 - 1 tsp lemon juice
 - 1 tsp additional garlic powder
 
How to make it
- Cook the McCain Air Fryer Skin On Chips according to pack instructions.
 - Using a paper towel, pat dry the salmon fillets on both sides. With a pastry brush or the back of a spoon, coat the salmon with a thin layer of mustard.
 - Sprinkle the mustard layer with paprika then garlic powder and spray with olive oil.
 - Place 2 salmon fillets at a time into the air fryer at 200°C and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked in the middle.
 - In the meantime, trim broccolini ends and blanch until tender. Add the broccolini, lemon juice and additional garlic powder into a bowl and toss together. Serve alongside the McCain Air Fryer Skin On Chips and cooked salmon.
