Ingredients

  • 1 X 750g packet McCain Air Fryer Skin On Chips
  • 4 x 150g salmon fillets, skin off
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 x 190g bunch of broccolini
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp additional garlic powder

How to make it

  1. Cook the McCain Air Fryer Skin On Chips according to pack instructions.
  2. Using a paper towel, pat dry the salmon fillets on both sides. With a pastry brush or the back of a spoon, coat the salmon with a thin layer of mustard.
  3. Sprinkle the mustard layer with paprika then garlic powder and spray with olive oil.
  4. Place 2 salmon fillets at a time into the air fryer at 200°C and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked in the middle.
  5. In the meantime, trim broccolini ends and blanch until tender. Add the broccolini, lemon juice and additional garlic powder into a bowl and toss together. Serve alongside the McCain Air Fryer Skin On Chips and cooked salmon.
