  • 1 x 750g packet McCain Quick Cook® Straight Cut Chips
  • 2 x tbsp garlic butter
  • 1 cup (approx. 50g) panko crumb
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 cup (150g) shredded chicken
  • ½  cup Napoli sauce
  • ½  cup (approx. 60g) shredded cheese

How to make it

  1. Preheat your oven to 230°C (fan forced). Cook the McCain Quick Cook® Straight Cut Chips according to pack instructions and then switch oven setting to medium grill.
  2. Place butter in a pan and when melted, add the panko crumb and parsley. Toast lightly.
  3. Arrange cooked McCain Quick Cook® Straight Cut Chips  in a baking tray, layer with the shredded chicken, Napoli sauce, shredded cheese and panko crumb mix.
  4. Cook under a medium grill setting for 6 minutes or until cheese has melted and is golden brown and garnish with remaining fresh parsley.
